This is the responds that I got from PetSolutions.  I’m a little disappointed cause they shipped the filter via UPS-Ground.  I would of expected them to upgrade the shipping to something quicker.  Its going to be another week before I can setup the filter.

Please accept our apologies.  We will make arrangements to have that unit picked up from you tomorrow.  Just package it back up in all of the original packaging material and leave it outside in the morning on Fri (tomorrow).  UPS will stop by sometime during the business day to pick it up.  You do not need to be there.  We will certainly get a replacement out for you today.
